The 20cm Messermeister Oliva Elite Carving Knife features a narrow spear-point, fine-edge blade that is perfect for separating meat from the bone and sliceing it into thin serving portions. The alternating hollows on each side of the knife reduce drag and prevent food from sticking to the blade.
