This Messermeister 20cm Four Seasons Chefs Knife is crafted for commercial use. This 20cm knife is an ideal blade as an introductory tool for apprentices and culinary students/home chefs. This knife is fabulous in performing daily food preparation. Featuring an oversized, hygienic moulded polypropylene handle, it’s a well-balanced knife, with weight distributed equally between the handle and the blade.
The 20cm Four Seasons Chefs Knife has been die-cut stamped from a single billet of fine German stainless steel alloy, making it easy to re-sharpen. The blade, bolster and tang are one-piece. The steel is heated, softened and fed through a die press which cuts into a tang and blade, offering a sturdy, strong knife that holds it edge well.
