The 20cm Four Seasons Flexible Fillet Knife has been die-cut stamped from a single billet of fine German stainless steel alloy, making it easy to re-sharpen. The blade, bolster and tang are one-piece. The steel is heated, softened and fed through a die press which cuts into a tang and blade, offering a sturdy, strong knife that holds it edge well.
