A good 7.5cm wide natural bristle pastry brush is a great inbetween option. It’s not too small and not too big! You can use this great little brush for many applications including glazing all your baked goods, whether it be with butter, milk or syrup.
Not just for use before you baking though. You could even use this brush to paint on melted chocolate, basting ribs or a roast or even brushing down the sides of the pan if your making boiled candies.
