This 26cm AUS-ION SATIN Flaming Skillet is a unique piece of cookware that is designed to perform! Having been developed in collaboration with chef Neil Perry, this Solidteknics skillet will provide your meat and vegetables with that restaurant quality flame grill finish.

Built to commercial quality standards, this Flaming Skillet features an open mesh perforated base that relishes open flames, an open grill, or even the campfire. This skillet is suitable for all stovetops, including induction. It will nestle inside the 26cm AUS-ION SATIN Flaming Skillet, allowing you to transfer thick steaks to oven for baking after quick sear over open flame! It is made from a single piece of Australian formed-iron (steel) with a seamless finish. It is machine finished, improved non-stick cooking, without synthetic coatings! It's vented styled handle to reduce heat transfer to hands.

  • AUS-ION Range:

    The AUS-ION range is much like the best French sheet iron/steel restaurant pans however they have made some significant improvements. The seamless construction means there are no rivets to loosen over time. Not only are the pans hygienic but also incredibly strong. With a multi-century warranty covering breakage from materials and manufacturing defects these pans are seriously durable. The iron distributes heat evenly through a 3mm thick formed steel meaning there are no hot spots that can lead to uneven cooking. The handle has an aerated neck webbing design that keeps the end of the handle cool enough to use a bare hand to lift it off the stove.

    Apart from all of this, the formed iron flaming skillet is a healthy and sustainable choice. All natural pre-seasoning happens at the factory for that healthy low-stick that only improves with time and cooking.
