The non stick Loyal prep and bake silicone mat is perfect for baking, rolling dough, fondant and sugar work. The mat is made of woven fibreglass coated with a heavy duty premium food grade silicone. The temperature range is from -40 degrees to 250 degrees celsius. The prep and bake mat is easy to clean and maintain. Just wash with hot water and detergent.
