Shipping Methods
We understand that quick delivery is of major importance; all orders are posted the same or next business day after payment clears. Orders are posted the same business day only if we receive the order and payment is complete before 12pm that day.
All orders are posted via Australia Post or Aramax Australia.
Delivery times will depend on your shipping location.
If you require express post for faster delivery you can choose this option at checkout. Please note express shipping incurs higher costs than regular.
Crock and Pickle take every precaution to package the items securely to reduce the risk of damage or breakage but will not take responsibility for packages lost or damaged in transit. Many items are fragile and postal insurance is recommended and available on request. If you require extra cover/insurance, please email us.
Click & Collect
Although you can purchase items on our online retail website, we are also happy for customers to pick up their orders and also see our extensive range of products in our showroom. Our showroom hours of operation are Monday to Friday: 9am - 4pm, Saturday 9.00am to 1.00pm. Our showroom address is 112b Pacific Hwy Tuggerah NSW Australia 2259.
Shipping Rates & Charges
Our products are shipped via Australia Post. Postage costs will be charged at the published rates provided below on the credit card you provided when placing your order. By placing your order, (entering credit card details, clicking the continue button etc.) you agree to pay the shipping costs.
We make every effort to keep these costs to a minimum.

By purchasing from the website you are accepting that orders calculated at over 2.5kg cubic weight (Australian Orders) may have additional charges for freight and you agree to paying the additional freight charges. We will contact you before sending, to inform you of the additional cost. Any additional cost will be calculated by obtaining a freight quote from Australia Post.
If there is a problem with your order - Out of stock, over 2.5kg cubic weight etc you will be contacted by phone or email to confirm if further action is required.
Express Post can be arranged for your Australia-wide orders.
Express Post standard shipping rate is $17.99 payable at checkout.
We will then calculate any additional charges and inform you of any additional costs for confirmation before completing and shipping your order.
