• Peel and halve your pear
• Hold half of your pear in one hand, with the top end of the pear pointing towards you
• Using the larger circle on the Pear Corer, cut the core from the pear to remove
• Reverse the Pear Corer and using the smaller circle of the Pear Corer, cut out the stem
