The boning knife is a special type of kitchen knife that typically have several design features that help with boning meat, fish, and poultry. It has a narrow blade with tapered tip which makes it much easier to work around bones.
Please note, this boning knife is designed for trimming around bones, NOT cutting through them.

The handles are produced from a material called ebonite which is both durable and heat resistant. It is not recommended to wash these knives in a dishwasher.
